Among our array of publications is Fabrik, the quarterly print magazine, as well as a select catalogue of distinctive limited edition art books. We also produce an array of high profile juried independent art fairs – cutting edge showcases for the visual arts.
The centerpiece of our media operation is Fabrik Magazine. This elegant book-format publication, which debuted in 2008, covers some the most noteworthy visionary contemporary artists, designers, museums and galleries in LA and the world. Centered in Los Angeles — America’s emerging and vibrant west coast cultural capital — Fabrik also provides a curated directory, highlighting what’s new and exciting in the visual arts now.
Both handbook and art magazine, Fabrik is an indispensable Baedeker for art world professionals, collectors and those curious to encounter new ideas on contemporary art and design. The magazine’s online version has an international vantage point, including current art events and up to date gallery listings. Fabrik Guide, which launched in 2017, provides an online supplementary resource to Fabrik Magazine by combining the sophisticated editorial style of the publication with news stories and a complete digital guide of art and design exhibitions across the United States.
The Fabrik media platform produces several globally recognized Los Angeles based annual art festivals including: EXPO Contemporary, Photo Independent and the Los Angeles Festival of Photography.
