Studio C Gallery presents Bareback:Symmetry in Motion, An Equine Exhibition. An opening reception will be held on September 17th between 6-9pm.

About Bareback: Symmetry in Motion, An Equine Exhibition
Studio C Gallery is presenting an exhibition that honors the horse. Horses fill our dreams and imagination. Humankind owes an enormous amount of gratitude to the horse. Domestication of the horse provided humans with mobility and survival. Yet today, horses are facing a daunting challenge. Most of us are unaware. Yearly round ups by the Bureau of Land Management, kill buyers, the horse racing breakdown scandal and an ongoing drought that has forced some owners to abandon their animals, have left thousands of horses lives in peril. This dilemma is not going away. It is a problem that needs to be addressed through action. Studio C Gallery’s intention is to bring inspiration though art and education through awareness. It is our way of showing gratitude.

Studio C Gallery will be partnering with two pioneering horse rescue non-profit organizations, Wild Horse Sanctuary www.wildhorsesanctuary.org and Return to Freedom www.returntofreedom.org A portion of the proceeds from sales will go to help them do what they do best; Protect the lives of horses.
