Art Share LA presents “Semi-Precious”

Art Share LA presents “Semi-Precious.” The show will run from April 12th through April 30th, 2017. An opening reception will be held on April 22nd from 7-10pm.

Are diamonds still a girl’s best friend? Fine art in its way is also a variety of expensive, rare, coveted luxury goods. These artists depict and in some cases incorporate actual gemstones, attractive minerals, rare metals, healing crystals — and the process, iconography, and material fetishes for beauty, wealth, and perfect dazzling detail.
